Who can become a medical expert witness?

How do I apply to join Health Resource Group?
Submit your CV and credentials through our secure online portal. Once our team reviews your background to insure our standards are met, we will contact you for an interview.
What time commitment is involved?
Assignments vary but typically include reviewing case files, preparing reports, and possibly testifying, even though this is a rarity. We coordinate with your schedule to ensure manageable workloads. We will also properly prepare you in case there some form of testimony involved.
Is expert witness work paid?
Yes, and paid very well. Our fee structure is very good and very competitive. Obviously, each case is different and your compensation reflects case complexity and time spent. You will also be reimbursed for all travel expenses if appropiate. Payment terms are clear and agreed upon before you start.
Do you offer training or ongoing support?
We provide resources and guidance to help you understand legal procedures and deliver effective testimony. Our support team is available throughout your engagement.Does HRG also represent other entities needing expert medical witnesses?
Yes. We represent both plantiff and defendant, depending on the case. HRG has been retained to provide expert medical evaluators and expert medical witnesses by legal firms and large insurance providers. We of course will not accept cases that may have a conflict of interest.
